Designed to optimize efficiency and perfrmance, the illow heat exchanger is perfectly suited for all residential and light commercial applications.

Condensing water heaters are high efficiency cousins of traditional water heaters. They save energy and can save money as well. Instead of sending hot exhaust gases out the flue, the gas burner blows them through the fire tubes at the bottom of the tank. Incoming cold water flows around the tubes and collects most of the heat. The increased efficiency of the condensing water heater usually offsets any potential `stanby`losses.

Created by AIC engineering team, assisted by advanced CFD thermal modelling and analysis, the willow heat exchanger is a blend of practicality and simplicity of construction.

Fabricated from a reduced number of parts, the Willow is built to last.

External casing made of top and bottom shells is joined by just one weld ensuring higher construction safety. The plastic condensate drain dish is fitted to the shell with simple holding clamps. Burner assembly requires no refractory. These ffeatures make fabrication process less complex and more cost-effective.

Water heater`s key elements are hidden inside. The innovative baffling system proides uniform water distribution, and constant water volume of almost 7L (2 gallons) preventing the `Cold Sandwich` effect. Without the upper tube-sheet, water boiling issue was eliminated and scalling reduced to a minimum.

The end-users can enjoy a nearly constant supply of hot water with no sudden drop in hot water temperature as the tank heats up almost as quickly as it is filled.

The willow water heater has been considered a high volume product for OEM-customers.
